Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SyncFlow is a tool designed to synchronize content between Notion databases and Webflow collections. The Service requires access to your Webflow and Notion accounts and operates on an automated or manual sync basis as selected by you.

2. User Account and Responsibilities

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Service fees are billed on a monthly basis and are processed via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your Service.

4. Data Access and Privacy

The Service requires access to your Webflow and Notion data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data.

5. User Content and Backups

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service ("User Content"). However, you are solely responsible for the User Content and ensuring its backup. We are not responsible for the loss of any User Content. We recommend regularly backing up your User Content to prevent data loss.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will SyncFlow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Montreal, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
